Product Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a store credit subject to the following terms.

1. You must notify us within 14 days from date of purchase to be eligible for any exchange or credit.

2. All returns (other than for faulty goods) are subject to a 12.5% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred in the transaction/ return.

3. The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs for all warranty and returns.

4. Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in original packaging. The Pleasure Chest reserves the right to refuse any return if in the opinion of the supplier the goods have been used or soiled in any way.

ALL Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt to be considered for exchange or store credit.

Refunds

The Pleasure Chest is happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit subject to the terms and conditions below. However please note we do not offer cash refunds.

30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY (Consumable products excluded.)
If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, the supplier will repair this product or, at the supplier's sole option, replace it with a like or reasonably similar product. This warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorised repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the supplier. Repaired or replacement products are warranted only for 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. Toy related products are sold as novelties only. If your item becomes defective after the initial 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly.

Privacy Practices

Information Collection and Use
We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The Pleasure Chest collects information from our users at several different points within our website.

Order
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, and expiry date). This information is used for billing and shipping purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with our customer.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Many sites use them. This site does not use cookies.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses alone are not linked to personally identifiable information. They may be used with other information in the attempt to catch fraudulent users of this site, especially those where stolen credit cards are used.

Sharing
We will not share demographic information.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Supplementation of Information
In order for this website to properly fulfil its obligation to our customers, it is necessary for us to supplement some information from 3rd party sources. These may include purchased email lists and competitor information. We hold the right to be able to use these lists in accordance with marketing efforts however in saying this we do NOT promote or participate in spamming.

Special Offers/Emails
We normally send all purchasing customers an email to verify their order. We also email customers again as the order has been packed. Established customers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your address, email address, or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavour to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can also be done by emailing our Customer Support Team.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our websites, so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
